Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Stonegate Clear Environmental Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Early starts and steady work; we look after our drivers. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for fleet maintenance. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
