Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Birch Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 25 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for sanitation schedules. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with allergen controls. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
