Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tucson, AZ)

Highbridge Sparrow Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Tucson, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 93 people based in Tucson. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Tucson. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
