Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tucson, AZ)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Cedar Health and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for referrals. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with insurance authorisations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
