Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Northwind Basin Transit Planning and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for survey data. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with route schedules. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
