Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Bright North Water Authority and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for treatment plant data. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
