Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Toledo, OH)

Foxglove Rowan Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in Toledo serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We promote from within and train well. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for account openings. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with branch operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Toledo. • We reply to every applicant.
