Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Toledo, OH)

Amberfield Drift Civic Services provides shared administrative services to local governments around Toledo, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
