Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Bluepeak Pike Pharma and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for release testing. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with clinical studies. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
