Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Toledo, OH)

Clearpath Mill Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Toledo. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 48 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for visit scheduling. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with licensing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Toledo, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
