Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Thistle Medical and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for training materials. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with device records. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
