Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tampa, FL)

Bluepeak Sparrow Environmental Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with landfill records. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
