Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tampa, FL)

Rivermark Corner Medical Group builds devices used by hospitals and clinics, with its team based in Tampa. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for device records. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with regulatory submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
