Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Ironwood Basin Care Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 179 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with licensing. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
