Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tampa, FL)

Rivermark Lakeside Environmental Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for service complaints, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for service complaints. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with weigh tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
