Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tampa, FL)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Loom Pharma Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. People move between science and operations roles. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for cleanroom operations. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
