Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tampa, FL)

Northwind Hollow Energy Group delivers power and gas plans across the Tampa region. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 22 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for usage data. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with meter readings. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
