Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tampa, FL)

Lumen Wilder Financial is a financial-services company in Tampa. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
