Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tampa, FL)

Harborlight Bright Financial serves customers across Tampa with accounts, loans and payments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tampa. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for loan applications. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with account servicing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Tampa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
