Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Tampa, FL)

Bluepeak North Pharma supports drug development and manufacturing around Tampa, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We work to strict standards and value careful documentation. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for batch records. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with cleanroom operations. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
