Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (St. Louis, MO)

Westbrook Glen Health Group runs clinics and patient services around St. Louis. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We are busy and kind, and we look after each other. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for insurance authorisations. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with patient education. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
