Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (St. Louis, MO)

Foxglove Cedar Civic Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for public records, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for public records. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
