Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (St. Louis, MO)

Highbridge Cross Banking Services Group provides everyday banking and small-business lending around St. Louis, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
