Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (St. Louis, MO)

We are growing our team at Westbrook Basin Care Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 106 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for family communication. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with client records. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
