Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (St. Louis, MO)

Silverline Oak Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the St. Louis area. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 40 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for field visits. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer tickets. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
