Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (St. Louis, MO)

Stonegate Clear Transit Planning is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for ridership counts, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We like people who ride the bus and notice when things do not work. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for ridership counts. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with survey data. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
