Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (St. Louis, MO)

Foxglove Civic Services supports public agencies in St. Louis with budgeting, records and programmes. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We follow procedures carefully and explain them clearly. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for procurement. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Contract for twelve months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
