Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (St. Louis, MO)

Rivermark Glen Banking Services Group is a community-focused bank in St. Louis serving households and small businesses. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for loan files. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
