Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (St. Louis, MO)

Bluepeak Keystone Environmental Services serves homes and businesses with collection and disposal in St. Louis, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We take pride in clean streets. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for landfill records. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with fleet maintenance. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
