Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (St. Louis, MO)

Rivermark Umber Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around St. Louis. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for deposit accounts. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
