Northwind Banking Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for card disputes, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with branch operations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in St. Louis. • We reply to every applicant.
