Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Spokane, WA)

Redstone Ashton Inspection Services tests and certifies buildings, pipelines and equipment around Spokane. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for equipment calibration. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with certifications. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
