Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Spokane, WA)

Clearpath Oak Civic Services Group is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for case files, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for case files. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with public records. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
