Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Spokane, WA)

Nova Lantern Insurance provides coverage to households and businesses around Spokane. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of about 786 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for claims. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with underwriting files. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
