Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Spokane, WA)

Ironwood Keystone Transit Planning helps transport agencies around Spokane design routes and schedules, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. Work is collaborative and map-heavy. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for service alerts. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with accessibility audits. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
