Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Seattle, WA)

Nova Haven Pharma is a pharmaceutical company in Seattle producing generic and specialty treatments, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for regulatory filings. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with release testing. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Seattle, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
