Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Seattle, WA)

Bright Sparrow Banking Services is a regional lender in Seattle with branches and a growing mobile service. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Seattle. • We reply to every applicant.
