Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Savannah, GA)

Fernwood Mill Care Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for caregiver training, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 37 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with family communication. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
