Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Savannah, GA)

Bright Clear Care Services supports families and individuals in Savannah with personal care and coordination, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for client records. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with caregiver training. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
