Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Harborlight Keystone Care Services Group and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for caregiver training. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with family communication. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
