Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (Savannah, GA)

Nova Hollow Care Services is a social-care provider serving older adults and people with disabilities around Savannah, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 28 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Train staff on requirements for care plans. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with visit scheduling. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
