Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (San Jose, CA)

Foxglove Lakeside Civic Services is looking for a Compliance Analyst. The job centres on audit readiness for constituent requests, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for constituent requests. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
