Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (San Jose, CA)

Redstone Pine Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from San Jose, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 196 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for account servicing. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with loan applications. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
