Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (San Jose, CA)

Redstone Pine Financial provides savings, lending and payment services from San Jose, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 61 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for vendor spend. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer onboarding. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
