Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (San Jose, CA)

Bright Drift Civic Services Group provides shared administrative services to local governments around San Jose. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 193 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for case files. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with constituent requests. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
