Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Silverline Juniper Foods and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for production batches. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with customer specifications. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
