Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (San Jose, CA)

Clearpath Oak Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around San Jose, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Train staff on requirements for card disputes. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. What we are looking for • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Jose. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
