Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (San Jose, CA)

Nova West Telecom builds and runs fibre and wireless networks in the San Jose area, and we need a Compliance Analyst to lead our audit readiness. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people based in San Jose. What you will do • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Train staff on requirements for customer tickets. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Experience with network equipment. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in San Jose. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
