Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (San Jose, CA)

Stonegate Sable Water Authority Group supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for San Jose and nearby communities. We are hiring a Compliance Analyst to take on audit readiness. Safety and public health guide our decisions. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. • Train staff on requirements for treatment plant data. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. What we are looking for • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. Nice to have • Certification in compliance or audit. • Experience with pipe repairs. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in San Jose. • We reply to every applicant.
