Compliance Analyst - audit readiness (San Jose, CA)

We are growing our team at Amberfield Birch Environmental Services and adding a Compliance Analyst whose main responsibility will be audit readiness. Safety briefings happen every morning. What you will do • Track findings until they are fixed. • Train staff on requirements for weigh tickets. • Keep the policy library current and easy to search. • Prepare regulatory filings and audit evidence. • Review processes against regulations and internal policies. What we are looking for • Comfort saying no politely. • Careful reading and clear writing. • Two or more years in compliance, audit or risk. Nice to have • Experience with service complaints. • Certification in compliance or audit. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in San Jose, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
